• Birds are fascinating animals. I envy birds and wish that I could soar in the air and look down on the world below.
• Lighthouses are interesting structures with a single purpose, namely, to serve others and warn of danger. They are often situated on some of the most beautiful and rugged scenery.
• Music is hugely important to me. I like photographing concerts because I enjoy the music and the shooting is very challenging. You often have poor and ever changing lighting, low light, and movement.
• Yosemite is easily one of the most spectacular places on the planet

• Flowers & Machines contains photos of flowers with various types of machines. I like the juxtaposition of heavy machinery with the delicate beauties of nature.

• Places Outside Washington are as diverse as our great nation.
